Interior Design Assistant
This position supports the design team in preparing design presentations both virtually and in person. This role will be present during client consultations, site visits, and construction administration throughout full-service design projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in managing design projects using the company design processes, project tracking forms, and more through our CRM HoneyBook
Managing design development of multiple projects in various stages
Preparation of specification book and project folders
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in interior design
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
Strong knowledge of furniture, window treatments, and finish materials
Outstanding presentation development skills
Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and focused
Must be obsessed with details and able to adapt to change
Must be highly collaborative & flexible
This position operates both virtually and in person. Part-time hours available to start (20 hours per week) with the potential to grow into a larger full-time role (40 hours a week)
