A Pharmacist wife and executive husband decide to finally create a home that represented them in their empty nest season of life. MBID was hired to bring their home into 2025 with fresh paint and flooring throughout, a bathroom refresh, and new furniture and decor in 7 rooms in their new traditional Apex, NC home.

Challenges

To paint all the walls of the interior of this home and replace the carpet on the second floor, the MBID team enlisted our trusted GC team to coordinate change management and the necessary tradesmen.
