Dutch Colonial Farmhouse

The client purchased a 10-acre property with an existing home that had great bones but was not their style. They requested that “no surface be left untouched” and we achieved that with Venetian plaster, wallpaper, and a breathtaking collection of art.

Challenges

In order to create the aesthetic that this client desired, a good portion of the home needed to be demolished. We executed that while preserving the architectural elements that they wanted to keep. A fun challenge was creating custom dog crates for the family’s very large rottweilers.
